Pixel Pulse Studio is a Lusaka web design company building custom, mobile-first websites for Zambian businesses. Designed here, built here, shipping since 2018.
Most Zambian businesses lose customers before anyone picks up the phone. Someone hears your name, searches it, finds a Facebook page last updated two years ago — and goes with the competitor whose website loaded in a second and told them exactly what they do. That gap is what we close.
We are a web design studio based in Lusaka, working with businesses across the city and all ten provinces. Every site we design is built mobile-first, because that is how Zambia actually browses — on a phone, on mobile data, often on a patchy connection. A design that only looks good on a designer’s monitor is a design that has not been finished.
Design here means more than a colour palette. It means deciding what a visitor should understand in the first five seconds, what they should do next, and removing everything that gets in the way of it. We keep the practice deliberately narrow so the craft stays deliberately deep.
No surprise line items. This is what is in the box on every design project we take on.
Logo, colour, type and tone built as one system, so your site, your invoices and your social presence look like they belong to the same company.
Layout and hierarchy designed around what your customer is trying to do — clear paths, decisive calls to action, no decorative filler.
Designed at phone width first and expanded up. Touch targets, thumb reach and page weight are decisions, not afterthoughts.
We help shape what each page actually says and in what order, so the site reads like a business that knows what it sells.
Correct titles, descriptions, structured data and a working sitemap from day one — so Google can find and understand the site the week it launches.
Domain and hosting registered in your name, with access handed to you. You own the asset, not your agency.
A call to work out what the site has to achieve, who it is for, and what to leave out. We scope before we design — it is cheaper to delete an idea now than a page later.
You see real layouts, not a template preview. We iterate on structure and hierarchy before a single pixel is polished.
The approved design is built in Next.js — fast, accessible, and structured so search engines can read it properly.
We ship it, connect your domain, verify it in Google Search Console, and stay on support for three to six months depending on package.
Every project below is a real site you can visit right now. Read the case study, then go and click around the real thing.
Our packages start at K6,500 for a single-page business site covering landing, about, gallery and contact. A multi-page site with contact forms, SEO setup and Google Analytics is K15,000. E-commerce, portals and custom platforms are quoted after a discovery call. Domain and hosting are billed separately so you keep ownership of both.
Judge any Lusaka studio on three things: work you can actually visit, whether their own site loads fast on mobile data, and whether they hand over the domain and hosting in your name. Pixel Pulse Studio has been shipping since 2018 — every project on this site is live and linked, so you can check the work yourself.
Yes. A large share of our work is small and growing Zambian businesses taking their first serious step online. The Basic package exists precisely for that — a professional, fast, mobile-first presence without an enterprise budget.
Every site we design is built mobile-up rather than shrunk down from desktop. Most Zambian traffic arrives on a phone, often on mobile data, so we optimise page weight and loading behaviour for those conditions specifically.
Yes. We run identity and interface design in the same room — logo, colour, type and the product UI designed as one system rather than handed between vendors. Branding is included in the Custom package and available alongside the others.
Yes. We are a Lusaka-based studio and are happy to meet for discovery and review sessions in the city. Projects then run remotely, which keeps timelines tight and costs down.
Tell us what your business does and what you need the site to achieve. We will come back with scope, timeline and a fixed price.
